Here is something we need to think about as educators. In many schools writing code is becoming a part of our curriculum. As teachers, we need to think about how that will impact the writing our students do...just as cell phones have impacted student writing, i.e. spelling! Courtesy of ASCD Smart Brief.

Code Week features 60,000 events worldwide
Students participating in an Hour of Code event recently held in New Jersey used coding to create snowflakes and ice crystals.
